How do I book a session?
To begin our beautiful collaboration, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding or pre-wedding day. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Payments can be made via bank transfer in IDR/USD or in cash. We kindly ask that you send us proof of your payment transaction. At this time, we do not accept credit card payments or PayPal.
What if we need to cancel our booking?
We understand that life happens and we’re here to support you.
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
However, if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to offer flexibility:
• You may reschedule your booking up to 6 months before your event date.
• The latest we can accommodate a reschedule is 3 months before the event.
We truly appreciate your understanding, as each booking reserves a specific date that we cannot offer to anyone else.

When will we be able to see our photo and video?
You’ll receive a selection of 15 highlight photo and video chosen by your photographer within 3 days after your shoot. We know you’re excited to share these moments with family and friends, so we provide these highlights quickly.
A week after your wedding or pre-wedding session, you’ll receive a Dropbox link containing all the photos from the shoot in low resolution for easy viewing. At this stage, please select the photos you’d like to have fully edited, based on the number specified in your contract, and email us the photo codes (e.g., ROBERT&SUSAN 0003).
Once we receive your selected photos, the editing process will take about 2 weeks. The edited photos will be shared via Dropbox in low resolution for your review. You can request up to 2 rounds of corrections.
After the edited photos are approved, if you’ve ordered an album, we’ll begin creating the layout. You’ll receive a draft via email, with up to 2 rounds of revisions allowed. If no album is ordered, we’ll send all edited and unedited photos on a flash drive in high resolution JPG format.
For album orders, once the layout is approved, you’ll choose the album cover material. Production of your custom photo album takes about 6 weeks. Delivery within Indonesia is free, but there’s a $50 charge for international shipping.
Can we get the RAW files?
We do not provide RAW files because they are large, unprocessed, and require specialized software and extensive editing to be print-ready. RAW files often have dark color tones and low contrast, which makes them unsuitable for direct use.
Instead, we provide high-resolution JPEG files, which are optimized for printing and can be printed up to 1 meter in size. These JPEGs are carefully edited to ensure they look their best and are ready for your use.
Can we choose the locations and outfits for our pre-wedding session?
Absolutely! We’re excited to hear your ideas and work with you to make it happen. You can suggest any locations and outfits you have in mind. Our experienced team will offer guidance to ensure everything fits with our schedule, logistics, and the overall look you want. We’re here to help make sure your choices lead to beautiful results and a fantastic session!
What if it’s raining on our wedding or pre-wedding photo shoot day?
A little rain won’t dampen the fun—it can create some truly memorable and inspiring shots. We can use umbrellas as props and consider indoor venues as alternatives. The key is to embrace the moment and enjoy your special day!
For pre-wedding sessions, we’ll make a weather decision before the makeup appointment. If we need to relocate or reschedule due to rain after the makeup has started, an additional fee for the makeup may apply. Please note that pre-wedding shoots are non-cancellable.
Can we request that our photos not be shared on social media?
We fully respect your preference for privacy. Although sharing photos on social media helps inspire other couples, we understand that it’s important for you to keep your images private. As we hold the copyright for all photos from your event, you can simply let us know if you prefer that your photos not be posted online. We’ll make sure to follow your wishes and keep your images confidential. If you have any other requests or concerns, feel free to reach out!
